1. General Refund Policy
As a software licensing business, Ket-Pass has a limited refund policy. Once a software license is delivered and activated, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what was described and paid for.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- The software fails to function as described due to a software defect that we cannot resolve within 14 business days
- The software was misrepresented in our sales materials and does not include features that were explicitly promised in writing
- A duplicate payment was made in error
- The software was purchased but not yet delivered/activated within 7 days of payment
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after license delivery
- Inability to install due to incompatible server setup (we provide detailed requirements upfront)
- Issues caused by third-party software, hosting environment, or user error
- After the software has been actively used for your event
- White-label or custom development projects once work has commenced
- After 30 days from the date of purchase
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email info@ketpy.in with your order details and reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation of Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. No further payments will be charged. However, no partial refund is provided for the unused portion of the subscription period, and access will continue until the end of the paid period.
